The start of Autumn
I woke up on Monday to the children wondering why they couldn't see the trees outside, I don't think Pierre, the 2 year old, had ever seen fog before, at least not that he can remember. Before taking the boys to school, as I do almost every morning, I grabbed my camera for the short walk from school to the tube station for that painful commute into the City.
The leaves are really starting to turn now but these photographs were taken at the beginning of the week, the trees were still mostly green. The ground is littered with conkers and acorns, a delight for the squirrels.
